많은 바이오의약품 및 중분자 의약품의 경우, 금속 이온과의 상호작용으로 인한 흡착 현상 때문에 일반적인 HPLC 시스템으로는 신뢰할 수 있는 데이터를 얻기 어려울 수 있습니다. 이러한 현상은 특히 인산기, 카보닐기 또는 기타 특성 원소나 작용기를 포함한 분자에서 두드러지며, 이로 인해 피크 형태가 나빠지거나 감도가 부족해지는 등 분석에 다양한 영향을 미칠 수 있습니다. 따라서 분석의 감도와 정확도를 높이기 위해서는 화합물이 시스템에 흡착되는 것을 억제하는 것이 중요합니다.
따라서, 우수한 내압성, 넓은 적용성, 높은 내구성을 갖춘 스테인리스 스틸 재질의 기존 Nexera Series 제품군에 새로운 바이오이너트(Bioinert) 모델이 추가되었습니다.
Nexera XS inert UHPLC 시스템은 샘플이 흐르는 유로에 PEEK 또는 세라믹 재질을 사용하여 금속에 의한 흡착을 억제하면서도, 최대 105 MPa의 내압 성능을 실현하였습니다. 또한 부식에 대한 저항성과 폭넓은 pH 범위에 대한 내성을 갖추고 있어, 고농도의 할로겐화염을 포함하거나 극한의 pH를 갖는 이동상도 안정적으로 사용할 수 있습니다.
