또한 최적화된 LC/MS/MS 동시분석 방법을 통해, 배양 중 배지 성분의 소비 및 고갈 상태와 세포에서 분비되는 대사체의 변화를 모니터링함으로써 animal cell culture의 배양 조건 최적화에 활용할 수 있습니다.
