Shimadzu GC Brevis는 라틴어로 “컴팩트”를 의미합니다. 폭이 단 350mm에 불과한 공간 절약형 디자인을 자랑하면서도, 70년 이상의 Shimadzu 가스 크로마토그래피 전문 기술을 바탕으로 제작되어 높은 성능을 제공합니다. 또한, 다양한 요구에 맞춘 유연한 구성 옵션을 지원합니다. 석유화학, 식품, 환경, 제약 등 다양한 산업 분야에서 기존의 분석 방법과 소모품을 구성 제약 없이 Brevis로 손쉽게 전환할 수 있습니다.

생산성 극대화

Brevis는 두 개의 분석 라인에서 샘플을 동시에 분석하여 생산성을 두 배로 높일 수 있으며, 오븐은 듀얼 라인 분석을 위해 100m의 업계 표준 컬럼 두 개를 수용할 수 있습니다. 사용 편의성을 고려하여 GC-2050은 터치스크린 디스플레이 없이 시작, 중지, 유지 보수의 세 가지 물리적 버튼만 사용하여 설계되었습니다. 사용자는 소프트웨어를 입력하지 않고도 빠르게 실행하고 유지 보수를 수행할 수 있습니다. 원격 디스플레이 앱을 통해 고급 사용자는 태블릿으로 최대 4개의 GC 기기에 연결하여 문제 해결, 진단 및 기기 제어를 할 수 있습니다.

새롭고 개선된 기능

2025년 1월, Brevis GC-2050은 모든 주요 주입구, 검출기, 전처리 장치, 질량 분석기를 포함하도록 완전히 업데이트되었습니다^*1. TCD 열전도 검출기는 완전히 재설계되었으며, 새로운 GI-30 자동 가스 인젝터가 GX 시장에 출시되었습니다.

친환경적인 디자인

Brevis GC-2050은 에너지 효율성을 위해 설계되어 정상 작동 시 전력 소비를 30% 줄였으며, 새로 통합된 ECO Idling 기능을 통해 이전 모델에 비해 전력 사용량은 약 61%, 가스 소비량은 92%^*2를 더욱 절감할 수 있습니다. 절전은 단위^*3당 86그루의 삼나무가 연간 CO₂를 흡수하는 것과 동등한 수준의 CO₂를 절감할 수 있습니다.
