Shim-pack PREP 시리즈는 각각의 고정상이 화학적으로 결합된 완전한 다공성(totally porous) 구형 실리카 입자로 채워져 있습니다.
(단, 고정상 없이 실리카 입자로 채워진 PREP-SIL은 제외) 잔존하는 silanol groups은 고유한 silylation 방법으로 end-capping 됩니다 (PREP-SIL 제외).
