Note 1: The laser assembly is considered as a consumable part because gas sealed in the glass tube starts to leak over time. The replacement work needs to be performed by service personnel. Contact your Shimadzu sales representative. Warranty period is 30 months after the delivery for the IRTracer-100/IRPrestige-21 and 1 year after the delivery for other models.
Note 2: For models other than the IRTracer-100/IRPrestige-21, replacement of the beam splitter needs to be performed by service personnel. For the price of the part and replacement work, contact your Shimadzu sales representative.
